Ms. Heather Raney has been teaching third grade at Winfield Elementary for 2 years and this will be the third. This is her 6th year to teach having taught 5th grade for a year and then third grade for five years. She attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. Her major is Elementary Education with a specialization in Geography. She is married to Matt and they have four daughters: Hannah, Hailey, Heidi, and Tyler. In Mrs. Raney's classroom students are focused on learning. Mrs. Raney establishes a classroom where students are on task, focused, and are mastering the skills that are necessary for them to exceed state expectations at the third grade level.
